Backpack AI designed and executed a multi-channel go-to-market strategy that automated lead generation and enabled highly personalized outreach across all of Dfirst’s key market segments.
- Multi-Segment Lead Generation Engine We built a custom lead generation engine that targeted both agencies and direct clients. This involved scraping agency directories like Clutch to identify potential partners and implementing a qualification workflow to segment them based on their client portfolio (e.g., experience with Fortune 500 brands). Simultaneously, we captured and processed inbound interest from Dfirst’s content marketing, including website visitors and engagement on LinkedIn posts.
- Automated Qualification & Scoring Leads were automatically qualified and segmented to enable precise outreach. We categorized inbound leads from LinkedIn as startups, agencies, or enterprises, tailoring the follow-up process accordingly. For high-value enterprise targets, we implemented a deep-dive qualification and scoring process to ensure sales efforts were focused on accounts with the highest potential.
- Persona-Based Personalized Outreach Our outreach was never one-size-fits-all.
