The Backpack AI Solution

Backpack AI designed and built three interconnected, custom AI engines to create a proactive, intelligence-driven outbound system for Redstone, transforming their entire sales process.

  • DeFi Protocol Growth Tracker We built an automated monitoring system that taps into the DeFiLlama API on a 6-hour cycle. It generates weekly intelligence reports identifying the fastest-growing protocols (by % and absolute TVL) and all new market entrants. Each lead is automatically enriched with social media metrics and decision-maker contact information, delivering a constant stream of high-intent prospects to the sales team.
  • Automated Market Intelligence Filter. A custom tool was built to automate the monitoring of key Twitter accounts, analyzing thousands of tweets each week. The system uses an initial filter for engagement and a secondary AI layer to separate valuable market signals from noise. This provides Redstone with a curated feed of actionable intelligence, keeping them ahead of market trends and competitor movements.
  • AI-Powered Sales Coach. To maximize the effectiveness of the sales team, we transformed an archive of 339 call transcripts into an interactive knowledge base. Using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture, this tool allows salespeople to ask complex questions and receive synthesized answers on objection handling and competitive strategy, drawn directly from their own past successes.
