Backpack designed and built a complete, AI-powered outbound engine focused on precision targeting and automation.
- Qualification Engine — We moved beyond firmographics, building an engine to analyze a prospect’s tech stack and identify competitor usage, scoring accounts and decision-makers based on their specific stack, technical roles and experience.
- Automated Buying Signals — Our system constantly monitored the market for key triggers. Custom scrapers flagged new job postings for infrastructure roles mentioning Terraform and other IaC technologies, we also tracked GitHub and Twitter activity for IaC project indicators, feeding a steady stream of high-intent leads into the pipeline. We also automated outreach to attendees of major conferences to book meetings for the Spacelift team before the events even started.
- GTM Infrastructure & Outreach — We built out the entire GTM foundation, including SDR and AE playbooks for a technical sale, a custom CRM structure for pipeline reporting, and hyper-personalized outreach campaigns that referenced a prospect’s specific technical context, making every touchpoint relevant.
